Manager
Kolja Spee has been a manager at nbs partners since March 2023. He carries out audits of annual and consolidated financial statements in accordance with HGB and IFRS as well as financial due diligence and commercial law consulting projects. An additional focus of Kolja Spee’s work is sustainability reporting in accordance with the new CSRD (Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive). He advises on the requirements and regulations of the new EU directive, which is mandatory for more and more corporations and commercial partnerships.
Kolja Spee has already supported the law firm team at nbs partners as a working student. After completing his studies, he started his career with us as a Senior Consultant.
