Steffen Lohmann has his main focus on the area of auditing. He prepares and audits annual and consolidated financial statements in accordance with HBG and IFRS. In addition, Lohmann has extensive experience in auditing in accordance with § 16 of the German Real Estate Agent and Property Developer Ordinance (MaBV) and § 24 of the German Financial Investment Brokerage Ordinance (FinVermV). In this context, Lohmann supports real estate agents, loan brokers, property developers, construction supervisors and residential property managers on the one hand and financial investment brokers on the other hand in providing evidence of compliance with existing obligations to the competent authority.
During his studies, Steffen Lohmann already supported the law firm team at nbs partners as a working student. Afterwards, he started his career with us as a consultant. Steffen Lohmann has been a manager at nbs partners since 2023.
