Charlotte Thiede is an attorney at law and has been part of the nbs partners team since 2024. She advises companies on matters of commercial law as well as her primary focus: labour law. Within this area, she advises our clients, i.e. the decision-makers and HR managers of national and international companies and corporate groups, as well as employees and managers on all labour law issues.

Her range of services includes advising on dismissals, drafting and reviewing employment contracts and the associated ancillary agreements (e.g. home office agreements) and representing clients in labour court proceedings. Charlotte Thiede places particular value on trusting cooperation and clear communication in order to achieve optimum results.

Career path

  • Joined nbs partners in March 2024 (admitted to the bar in April 2024)
  • 2023 Second state examination in law following the legal clerkship at the Higher Regional Court of Rostock
  • 2021-2023 Legal clerkship at the Higher Regional Court of Rostock with a focus on labour law and stations at a Hamburg law firm for labour law and at the Hamburg Labour Court, among others
  • 2021 First state examination in law after studying law at the University of Greifswald
